Senior FP&A Analyst

We’re Hiring: Senior FP&A Analyst at GRAMMER AG About the Role We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making at both plant and corporate levels. This is a strategic finance role — not primarily focused on transactional accounting or operational cost controlling. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Deliver Budget vs. Actual vs. Forecast analysis Monitor KPIs (Revenue, Gross Margin, EBITDA, Operating Income, Working Capital) Build financial models and scenario analyses Partner with leadership to drive data-based decisions Enhance reporting, BI tools, and planning processes ✅ What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 5–8 years of FP&A / Corporate Finance experience Manufacturing or multinational experience preferred Advanced Excel & financial modeling skills Experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, T...
