About the Role
Job Description
- Continuously monitor and analyze forecasting performance and pro-actively initiate corrective actions if needed in close collaboration with key stakeholders – especially Demand & Inventory Managers and the Product Team.
- Actively run the end-to-end forecasting process and translate business needs into concrete requirements for technical development.
- Develop, maintain and present regular and ad-hoc reports on forecasting performance KPI and pro-actively uncover root causes for critical deviations.
- Support our Sales and Operations Planning and Execution process by providing forecast data to drive data-driven, timely and risk-aware decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in forecasting.
