This is a newly created Senior Financial Analyst position driven by the company’s significant development pipeline and long‑term growth plans. Despite broader market slowdowns, the business continues to move forward with a substantial pipeline of major mixed‑use and residential projects across the Lower Mainland, providing excellent long‑term stability and career growth potential.

The Senior Financial Analyst role will sit within the development finance group and focus heavily on project‑related FP&A, development proformas, financial modelling, capital planning, and project feasibility analysis.
