JOB BRIEF - Our Advisory team is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to conduct market research, interact with clients, and use financial data to create financial valuations and reports.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce high-quality real estate valuation and feasibility study reports. This includes collecting project information, site inspections, market research, modelling, reviewing, writing reports, and liaising with clients and other third parties.
• Allocate and review tasks performed by financial analysts and interns. You will also be involved in the recruitment process.
• Maintain, develop, and network with existing and potential clients.
• Manage our clients requests in a timely and professional manner.
