About the Role

Role Purpose
Business partnering with Manufacturing Director – HY and other managers to enable decision making, and driving operational and financial objectives.

Provide in depth analysis on performance to identify underlying trends and develop recommendations to improve business, provide insights to drive conversion costs optimization (cost control, cost avoidance), support driving pricing initiatives with costs accuracy.

Collaborate and influence across functions to set challenging but realistic targets which are incorporated into the budgets, forecasts and plans.

Lead change and transformational projects and on going activities to optimize profitability and drive for productivity

Risk governance & management

Planning & forecasting.

Role model for Do The Right Thing/ compliance

Periodic review Key Control Framework and ensure the company operation align with local and group policy.
