Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Implementation of program, departmental and protocols at the Field Case manager level;
• Review and audit of all protocols related to the Field Case manager team, including update of relevant clinical SOPs;
• Collaboration with the Program Manager to identify efficiency improvements; increase skill and knowledge level of Hepatitis field team;
