The Senior Facility Manager’s primary goal is to protect the owner's investment. They shift the culture from reactive maintenance (fixing what breaks) to predictive maintenance (preventing breaks before they happen). Lifecycle Management: Implementing long-term capital expenditure (CapEx) plans to ensure major systems (elevators, roofing, boilers) are replaced at the optimal financial moment. Sustainability & ESG: Driving energy efficiency and waste reduction initiatives, which are now critical for both regulatory compliance and market value.
