Senior Facility Engineer

Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Inspect, maintain, and repair building structures

• Identify defects and propose corrective actions or improvements

Support the maintenance of building systems such as:

Ø Plumbing and sanitary systems

Ø Water pumps, tanks, and piping

Ø Lighting and basic electrical fittings

Ø Ventilation fans and small HVAC equipment

• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate repair works.

Ensure building works comply with company safety procedures.

• Support EHS audits and regulatory inspections (Bomba, DOSH, local council).
• Enforce permit-to-work and LOTO procedures during contractor work.
• Preventive & Corrective

Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance programs.

• Perform corrective maintenance based on complaints, findings, or breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
