Migrate Fabric data pipelines/notebooks/semantic models to use Entra service principals or workspace

Automate code deployment and testing between development, test, and production environments
Reduce conflicts between multiple developers writing to shared development databases
Automate data quality checks
Improve efficiency of data pipelines by moving from full snapshot processing to incremental processing
