About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Administer starbroker/air freight activities as part of the starbroker/air freight product and capacity management plans to support the commercial plans in line with business objectives, corporate guidelines and policies.
- Under limited supervision, to support team members in providing allocation and reservations of freight on planned linehaul and flights required for hub and operations performance
- Administer operational activities while ensuring effective resource management and optimizing productivity for the day-to-day operations
- Support team members in timely monitoring and accurate updating of products
