Senior Executive, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

Senior Executive, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) – supports the day‑to‑day execution of transactions across buy‑side, sell‑side, and strategic advisory mandates. In this role, you will contribute across the full deal process, from financial analysis, modelling, and valuation to due diligence, materials preparation, and process coordination. You will work closely with middle and senior management, delivering high‑quality analysis and client‑ready outputs while progressively taking ownership of workstreams. You will also assist in origination efforts through pitch preparation, sector research, and opportunity assessment, developing the technical depth and commercial insight required to grow into a future deal lead.
