Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Perform design, development, and implementation of Java based Applications using Java8, Spring boot, Maven, WebLogic, and React with the integration with AWS services.
2. Collaborate with Product Owners (POs), Scrum Masters, and Agile Teams to align technical delivery with business objectives.
3. Actively participate in SAFe ceremonies (PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).

4. Define best practices for performance optimization, cost efficiency, and scalability in AWS environments.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
4-5 years of hands-on experience in Java 8, Spring Boot, Maven, WebLogic, and React. Should have strong background in Core Java and proven expertise in delivering solutions using Agile methodologies.
