Support the development of Event’s strategy and direction, to enrich the value proposition Informa Markets providesDesign the Event experience, ensuring a high level of delivery in support of the Event’s strategy and customer needsDevelop and improve the customer experience at each Event, ensuring feedback is collated and incorporatedDevelop the longer term Event design alongside the Event Director, using both customer feedback and innovative thought to develop and maintain the Brand as a market leader Support the Event Director in the management of the Brand P&L, including successful delivery of complementary products including conferences and seminarsLiaise with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure all elements of the Event are in alignment to create successful eventNegotiate with venues and suppliers together with Operations and Procurement for Event specific requirements
