About the Role
This is a senior preconstruction role within a well-established civil earthworks contractor delivering large subdivision and infrastructure projects across Auckland. With strong forward workload and consistent tender flow, the business is looking to strengthen its estimating capability at a leadership level.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of complex civil tenders, working closely with operations to develop methodology, sequencing, and commercial strategy.
Projects span bulk earthworks, mass haul, roading, and full subdivision infrastructure. You’ll shape cost modelling, assess risk exposure, and present commercial positions to leadership before projects move into delivery.
This is influence at the front end – not just pricing support.
