You as a Concrete and Formwork Estimator will:
Lead and prepare detailed concrete and formwork estimates.Contribute to and support in the development of project specific execution plans (schedule, sequencing, formwork selection, pour breaks, crew sizes and composition, equipment, site logistics, etc.).Run detailed workforce analyses to determine productivity rates, crew sizes, crew composition, etc.Review various formwork and tower crane designs.Calculate material price lists, labor costs per manhour, productivities rates, equipment rental costs, placing rates, etc.Obtain scopes of work and pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.Research historical data (purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc.) and compile summary reports to develop guidelines and precedence for future estimates.Maintain working documents to back-up estimating figures.Review d...
