This role involves leading and preparing detailed concrete and formwork estimates for ICI projects. The position supports development of project execution plans, workforce analyses, and cost monitoring, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing. Responsibilities

Lead and prepare detailed concrete and formwork estimates. Contribute to and support development of project‑specific execution plans (schedule, sequencing, formwork selection, pour breaks, crew sizes and composition, equipment, site logistics, etc.). Run detailed workforce analyses to determine productivity rates, crew sizes, crew composition, etc. Review various formwork and tower crane designs. Calculate material price lists, labor costs per manhour, productivity rates, equipment rental costs, placing rates, etc. Obtain scopes of work and pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
