Troocoo is partnering with a large, complex organisation operating across resources, mining and infrastructure projects in Western Australia for a Senior ER Advisor with strong capability in Employee and Industrial Relations.
This role suits an experienced ER professional who enjoys working closely with operations, advising leaders through risk, complexity and change, and delivering pragmatic outcomes in high-pressure environments.
The Opportunity
As a senior member of the HR team, you will provide expert guidance across employee and industrial relations matters while also supporting broader operational HR activities across multiple sites.
