About the Role

Description

The Equipment Engineer is responsible for maintaining, improving, and sustaining manufacturing and test equipment to ensure high uptime, reliability, and process performance. This role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, equipment optimization, and supporting production to meet quality and output targets.Key Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance & Uptime
  • Ensure maximum equipment uptime and availability to meet production goals
  • Perform and oversee preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns in a timely manner
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment issues
