Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Strategy
Define and execute the engineering strategy aligned with product and business objectives.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team.
Promote a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning.
2. Technology & Architecture
Collaborate with the Technical Architecture Group to: Oversee system architecture to ensure scalability, security, and performance. Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities. Enforce best practices in software development and DevOps.
