Based at Seagate’s large substrate manufacturing facility, his group focuses on the polishing and surface processing of aluminum substrates and related media components used in high-performance storage products.

About the role - you will

The Polishing Equipment Manager is responsible for the overall performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of polishing equipment used in manufacturing operations. This role leads equipment engineering activities, manages preventive and corrective maintenance, drives yield and uptime improvements, and ensures equipment readiness to meet production, quality, and safety requirements.
