We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join team Duplo . The team is the primary Frontend team of Smartly and focuses on the adoption of Design System, customer onboarding experience of Smartly and customer dashboards. This includes the holistic customer experience across our platform as well as the onboarding journey from the first Aha‑moments to becoming lifelong happy customers of Smartly. Team Duplo is also working with the Design Systems to ensure consistency across the product, enhancing the user experience and enabling engineers and designers to work efficiently. Additionally, the team includes an internal sub‑team dedicated to centralized UI development, serving several connected teams. The Engineering Manager works in close collaboration with the Lead Engineer and other Engineers of the team to ensure technical excellence.
