Senior Engineering Manager - Brazil Mobility and

**Note: This is a Hybrid Position with location in São Paulo, Brazil.**
**About the Role**
As Senior Engineer Manager, you'll build and lead teams powering the core Uber app experience impacting different teams among our Mobility organization. You'll be a founding leader of Mobility as we build out our new office in Sao Paulo.
**What You'll Do**
- Build and grow the team. You attract top talents to the shared vision of the team, create and refine the team structure to scale. At the same time, you mentor and coach individual contributors to grow both technically and managerially;
- Lead the teams that with charters in Mobility;
- Be a thought leader in building the long term product vision and tech;
- Collaborate across functions and sites with teams the US and India;
- Partner effectively with Data Science, Product, and Ops to drive and shape the technical direction;
