Duties And Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL
Understand business needs and devise engineering solutions using analysis expertise to support bid, execution or failure and remediation studies.Define scope of work, plan, allocate resources, ensure execution and timely completion of assignments.Mentor other Engineers on design by analysis.Execute complex analysis projects.Lead multiple projects at the same time, including small cross-functional projects.Review work carried out by other analysts, lead design reviews.Approve deliveries made by team.Ensure compliance to established Quality Management Processes.Interact and communicate with business units frequently to understand their requirements.Share regular progress updates...
