We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer, Wintel to join our Infrastructure Service Operations team. If you have a passion for Windows servers, virtualization, and delivering infrastructure excellence, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support for physical and virtual Windows servers, ensuring 24x7 availability.
- Install, configure, and maintain Intel-based systems in collaboration with internal teams.
- Perform server patching, updates, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Document deployments, configurations, and problem resolutions for future reference.
- Participate in small-scale projects and vendor management, ensuring compliance and smooth implementation.
