Senior Engineer

We are currently hiring for the position of Engineer / Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and qualify primary, secondary and tertiary packaging for syringes, vials and cartridges.
• Develop packaging concepts that ensure product integrity, safety, sterility, and ease of handling.
• Develop and optimise palletized designs (pallet load patterns) for stable storage and transport.
• Conduct transport simulation tests, including: Drop tests, Vibration, Compression, Tilt and Climatic Chamber test.
• Conduct Design qualification (DQ), Installation Qualification (IQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) for new packaging components.
• Evaluate packaging materials such as PP, PET, PE, paperboard, and biodegradable films.
• Develop eco-friendly packaging using recyclable or biodegradable materials.
• Conduct Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to measure...
