Senior Engineer - Semiconductor Engineering & Disputes

Overview: We seek a senior-level engineer with deep experience in semiconductor design, fabrication, and testing to serve as expert witnesses in high-value international dispute resolution. Candidates will provide technical opinions on intellectual property (IP), licensing, and supply-chain technology disputes.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze semiconductor design, fabrication processes, or test methodologies relevant to IP disputes.

* Review technical documentation, patents, and licensing agreements for compliance and infringement issues.

* Prepare written expert reports for use in international arbitration proceedings.

* Provide testimony under cross-examination, including clear explanations of complex technical matters to tribunal panels.

* Advise legal teams on technical issues throughout arbitration proceedings.

Qualifications:

* 15+ years’ experience in semiconductor R&D, design, or manufacturing.
