Qualifications
- Job Summary:
- To ensure smooth execution of back-end, post-sputter processes in compliance to process specification
- To carry out engineering studies to improve post-sputter processes.
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- To monitor daily process KPOV and KPIV
- To trigger for process or machine maintenance as scheduled or on ad hoc basis
- To ensure compliance to operating procedures and process parameters
- To carry out evaluations for process improvement
- To ensure quality of parts that leave the process and own up any excursions and action items to mitigate the impact and solve the issue.
Qualifications
- Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent
- Preferred
- 2-5 years experience as a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer
- Familiar with SPC and Design of Experiments.
