About the Role

Responsibility:


  • Mechanical and thermal design considering all facts of function, cost, schedule, DFM, etc.

  • RFQ package preparation including BOM cost and technical proposal.

  • On-site support for factory.

  • Conducting mechanical & Thermal design review.

  • Designing Fixture used for mechanical and thermal test.

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements for internal and external benefit and preparing best-practices and lessons-learned documents

  • Innovation.
    Leveraging the latest technology, process, material to existing product designs.

  • The other work that supervisor assign.

    • Requirement:

  • Full skill on Pro-E or Solidworks.

  • Knowledge of PCB, Safety, Thermal, EMI and DFM.

  • Knowledge of Flotherm or Icepack firmware apply, fully understanding on thermal design.
