About the Role

JOB DUTIES  
Job Summary:  Key Accountabilities Planning: Supervising:  
Responsible for a bigger section of the project. This job includes handling of construction activities and a few commercial activities 
Duty Statements  Accountable for work execution and project monitoring and control of the daily activity of construction Provide technical inputs for methodologies of construction  
Co-ordinate between different sites and synchronize their activities 
Manage resource mobilization and resource sharing among various sites 
Handle allocation of tasks within teams based on skill profile 
Prepare bills for payments 
Estimate quantities & orders of materials for construction 
Coordinate with site representative of client/consultant 
Responsible for optimal utilization of resources (man, management and material) and manage vendors, clients and contractors
