What you will do. A glimpse in your role:

As the subject matter expert (SME) for our F5 load balancer systems, you will support centralized IT infrastructures at Global Blue. This includes several business‑critical, 24/7 production environments, as well as the provisioning of Global Blue's back‑office IT services.

This role requires a deep understanding of F5 technologies and related concepts, along with a strong commitment to maintaining stability and performance at the highest standards.

Your responsibilities include:

F5 Load Balancer – Implementation & Configuration

• Deploy and configure physical or virtual F5 BIG‑IP appliances.
• Create and manage Virtual Servers, Pools, Monitors, Profiles, and iRules.
• Configure and manage SSL/TLS profiles.

Security & Compliance

• Implement and fine‑tune F5 Advanced WAF/ASM policies.
