About the Role
SUMMARY Reporting to the Director of Energy and Sustainability, the
Senior Energy Engineer’s
main responsibilities will include the management and implementation of a portfolio-wide Energy Management Plan (EMP). The candidate will work closely with Facility Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, Project Specialist, Finance, contractors, consultants, and the client. The candidate will require technical expertise in the following areas:
Energy markets and utility rate structures
Energy analytics
Building operations
Building conservation and demand management
Conducting building energy assessment and energy efficiency measure development
Ability to manage programs from concept inception to implementation
