Job Description

The Senior Technical Analyst, Cyber Technology Operations will provide operational support for a wide range of Endpoint Security and Threat Surface products/tools within RBC’s Global Security environment supporting City National Bank (CNB). The role includes production support, implementation of changes, and prompt resolution of production problems through incident response.

What will you do?

• Day‑to‑day support of Endpoint Security and Threat Surface security applications (monitoring server health, event logs, performing software upgrades, executing changes in production).
• Responding to operational security‑related events and incident/problem escalations from internal/external clients and business partners.
• Take part in root cause analysis with service partners, vendor engineers, and escalation teams for incidents and problems, along with implementing permanent solutions.
