About the Role
Description GSPANN is hiring a Senior End-User Engineering professional to support and manage enterprise end-user computing environments. The role focuses on Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Azure Active Directory to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient endpoint operations.Support and administer Microsoft Intune, System Center Configuration Manager / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM / MECM), Azure Active Directory (Azure AD / Entra ID), Group Policies, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and other End User Computing (EUC) tools. Deploy applications, patches, and configuration policies using Intune and SCCM while ensuring endpoint compliance. Troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and general Microsoft 365 (M365) issues. Handle user incidents, service requests, and escalations with strong diagnostic skills and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)....
