This role is all about supporting our leaders to navigate Employment Relations (ER) and broader people matters with confidence. As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert advice and guidance, coaching leaders through challenging situations and ensuring best‑practice ER processes are consistently applied.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Leading and managing end to end disciplinary processes, performance management and other formal processes (working with P&C Business Partners or P&C Managers on more complex matters)
