Senior Electrical Engineer – Heating Plant Projects
Espoo, Finland | Contract: March–December 2026
An established energy-sector client is developing next-generation, electricity-based heating solutions and is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to support several upcoming 10–50 MW projects.
You'll take a lead role in the detailed design and commissioning of electrical systems for industrial heating plants, working across 1–4 projects in parallel.
Key Responsibilities
Detailed design of industrial electrical systems (HV & LV)
Cable layouts, busbars, grounding & short-circuit calculations
Equipment selection (GIS/AIS, transformers, VFDs, etc.)
System sizing and technical reviews
Commissioning support and stakeholder coordination
Requirements
Strong experience in electrical design for energy plants or industrial facilities
Strong knowledge of HV/LV standards and installations (TN-S, IT)
