:As the Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the electrical transmission system. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead the development of operational processes, oversee system control and outage planning, and manage projects that enhance monitoring, dispatch, and reporting functions. This role demands a strong commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence.
Wataynikaneyap Power welcomes candidates with deep technical expertise in electrical transmission systems, especially those with experience in SCADA, protection and control systems, and substation operations. Respect for Indigenous Peoples and their culture, language and traditions is essential.
