Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership and People Management

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and accountability.
• Define long-term design strategies, standards, and best practices for scalable project execution.
• Oversee workforce planning, performance reviews, and competency development within the design function.

2. Design Governance and Technical Excellence

• Provide technical direction for all stages of design — conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering — ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
• Approve and validate engineering deliverables, including layouts, single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, and civil/structural designs.
