+ Participate in customer-facing meetings, including onboarding sessions, business reviews, and strategic planning discussions, to position education services as a value driver.
+ Proactively promote training offerings to customers and internal stakeholders, aligning solutions with business needs and customer objectives.
+ Support customer enablement by recommending tailored training paths and helping customers navigate available resources and certification programs.
+ Handle customer escalations related to training delivery, registration issues, or certification concerns, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
+ Represent Education Services in external and internal meetings advocating for training value and alignment with customer goals.
