Senior E-commerce Operations Lead (Shopify & Customer Ops) Part-time | 25 hrs/week | AU Clients | Phone-based | Senior role only

We're an Australian e-commerce business seeking a senior Shopify operations professional who can step in and run day-to-day operations from Day 1.

This is not a junior VA role and not a training position.

You must be comfortable making and answering phone calls with Australian customers as part of normal operations.

If you're not confident on the phone or haven't independently run Shopify stores before, do not apply.

Non-negotiable requirements

You must have all of the following:

• Proven, hands-on Shopify operations experience (orders, fulfilment, refunds, disputes)
• Experience making and answering customer phone calls
• Strong spoken & written English
• Direct customer communication experience (not scripted / escalation-only)
