Description

Own and scale the e-commerce business for a leading prestige beauty brand, covering both marketplace and direct-to-consumer channels
Drive commercial performance across platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora – including campaign execution, pricing strategy, and promotional planning
Manage the brand’s P&L, budget, and demand planning to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, warehouse, data, platform representatives) to ensure operational excellence
Strategize and implement marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s positioning while maximizing ROI
Analyze data, consumer behavior, and trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize store performance
