Your Purpose

The Senior Director, Human Resources will lead the strategic direction and full spectrum of HR functions for a newly launched entity within the Cruise Division of the MSC Group (CTL). This role will shape the people strategy, organisational design, and culture of a growing international business while ensuring alignment with the Group’s global standards. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the Senior Director will oversee all aspects of HR governance, talent management, and organisational development to enable sustainable growth and operational excellence.
