About the Role
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Legal Leadership
Lead and oversee all legal matters across APAC jurisdictions.
Provide strategic legal advice to regional executives and senior management.
Align regional legal strategy with global corporate governance frameworks.
Serve as a trusted advisor on business expansion, restructuring, and strategic initiatives.
2. Commercial & Corporate Legal Support
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including:
Customer and supplier contracts
Strategic partnerships and joint ventures
Logistics, technology, and service agreements
Support mergers & acquisitions, investments, and corporate restructuring activities.
Advise on cross-border transactions and regional legal implications.
