Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Legal Leadership

• Lead and oversee all legal matters across APAC jurisdictions.
• Provide strategic legal advice to regional executives and senior management.
• Align regional legal strategy with global corporate governance frameworks.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on business expansion, restructuring, and strategic initiatives.

2. Commercial & Corporate Legal Support

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including:
  • Customer and supplier contracts
  • Strategic partnerships and joint ventures
  • Logistics, technology, and service agreements
• Support mergers & acquisitions, investments, and corporate restructuring activities.
• Advise on cross-border transactions and regional legal implications.
