  Description 
 
  Responsibilities 
 Lead and manage digital (IT/Technical) projects
 Work closely with other teams to ensure best results in delivery and support additional growth in new areas
 Coordinate and manage teams of consultants and engineers across onshore, nearshore Europe and offshore
 Maintain strong client relationships, across technology, product and operational areas
 Ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting agreed upon outcomes and business objectives within agreed time and cost constraints
 Work comfortably between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
 Apply agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
 Develop and maintain excellent delivery health (quantitative and qualitative)
