Senior Devops Engineer

1. Linux Infrastructure & Server Management

· Tune and harden LAMP (Apache) and LEMP (Nginx) stacks to ensure optimal performance for PHP/Laravel applications.

· Implement robust system monitoring and logging strategies to proactively detect and resolve OS-level issues.

2. Deployment Pipeline Optimization

· Partner with the team to manage our Self-Managed GitLab instance, ensuring high availability of the CI/CD environment.

· Own the deployment pipelines: Optimize GitLab CI runners, improve build times for frontends, and ensure PHP deployments are atomic and rollback-capable.

· Troubleshoot and resolve build failures in the CI/CD process, bridging the gap between local development and production.

3. Collaboration & Best Practices

· Work closely with our current DevOps engineer to document infrastructure knowledge and remove single points of failure in our knowledge base.
