Senior Development Manager

Taza Development Corp. is seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to oversee the development on 1,200 acres of land owned by the Tsuu ‘Tina Nation. They are expected to champion the oversight of day-to-day construction, supervision of contractors in accordance with budgets and scheduled timelines. The Senior Development Manager is a key resource for the entire development team in order to deliver on an exceptional end product in a world class development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers, architects, and construction professionals to design and service land phases while achieving key project milestones
• Work closely with the Taza team to steer projects through all stages of development, ensuring a strategic approach for delivery
