Senior Developer
As our Senior Developer, you will work closely with our executive and operations teams to support and evolve our technology roadmap. You'll lead development efforts while championing innovation and efficiency across our cross-regional teams.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop & Enhance Solutions: Lead the design and development of internal tools and client-facing systems using modern technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, .NET, etc.).
- Drive Automation & AI Initiatives: Spearhead the implementation of automation workflows and AI-powered tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Optimize Tech Infrastructure: Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure systems are integrated, secure, and scalable across multiple locations.
- Collaborate Across Borders: Serve as a tech bridge between our teams in Australia and the Philippines—translating business goals into actionable technical solutions.
