Job Requirements:
College/University Degree
At least 3 years of experience as an Oracle Retail Developer (e.g. Oracle RMS) OR a Java Developer who has worked on Retail or Ecommerce platforms/applications
Expertise in database design and management (SQL, with a focus on databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL).
Solid experience with API development and integration (RESTful, SOAP).
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture patterns and principles.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure retail environment.
Ability to work on a flexible schedule which is essential to support the team's operational hours.
