Kier is seeking Senior Design Managers to join our Strategic Projects team. Location: Nationwide across the UK. Hours: Full Time, Permanent (flexibility on offer). We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
Responsibilities
- Lead design delivery across your designated workstream, collaborating with other workstreams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Supervise design team consultants and supply chain partners to maintain consistent quality and comply with project programmes.
- Manage design risks and opportunities within your workstream, ensuring timely design deliverables.
- Support client interfaces, user groups, and stakeholder engagements.
- Line‑manage and mentor design management members, providing growth opportunities and career development.
