About the Senior Design Manager Opportunity:
PSR Solutions are working closely with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor, recruiting for an experienced Senior Design Manager. This is a flagship opportunity to take the Design lead on a £100m+ major project in the West Midlands, playing a pivotal role throughout the Pre-Construction and Delivery phases.
As the Senior Design Manager, you will be the driving force behind all design coordination, leading multi-disciplinary design teams, managing consultant relationships, and ensuring innovative, compliant, and buildable design solutions are achieved from pre-construction through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the design process on a high-value (£100m+) project, acting as the primary interface between client, consultants, and project teams
